Research of CBD with Chronic Pain

Chronic pain is pain that lasts longer than six months. It is often a symptom of an underlying disease, such as cancer or multiple sclerosis, but it can also be caused by a simple injury or infection. Chronic pain can take many forms, it can be mild or excruciating and it has, slowly but surely, an emotional toll on individuals who suffer from it. Prescribed medication can often be ineffective or have undesirable side effects and this is why research has been conducted into cannabis as a painkiller.
